nothing in an apartment lot is fun. there is a house for sale like 3 doors down and i think a duplex for lease just down the street. the cypress/southwest area.

there are quite a few around wade's neighborhood (behind bossier and spring loop area). it takes like 5 min to get to zach parking lot. hit university and you are there!

some college kids, mostly families. there is an elementary school in the area.

There are a lot of nice 3/2/2 houses in the Batt in the $975 range...

We found a house, 3/2/2 with 2 living areas (read:game room) on Timm street. Made the deposit last week! Heh, I forgot about this thread...

y'all want a 3/2/2 avail in summer or fall??....how much?? there is a 3/2/2 house in wheeler ridge avail aug 20....and some others. ill let you know if you give me more info.

my bro and I have been looking for a place in the fall with not a lot of luck. most places wont know if they are available for the fall until end of april or so. we were looking for 3/2/2, so i have a list if you want (most are under $1000/mo). there are plenty out there for over $1000/mo. there is one on green ridge through www.athomepm.com for $1000 or $1100/mo, 3/2/2, right across from a guy that has a crapload of tools, etc. (wade )

We are more interested in 3/3's or 3/3/2's w/ an August move-in. There's gonna be three of us living together, and none of us really wanna share a bathroom haha.
