Wow! I feel dumb, guess next time I should do a bit more research before asking. I thought that could be just added to my current paint...I was told I would need to refinish most of the car. But i use it as my daily driver, and cant have it gone for more than a few days. (rentals aren't cheap when your 24, damn insurance!) I really just wanna make my car stand out a bit. Anyone do ghost flames? That would be freakin sweeett!

Dont feel "dumb". Theres just alot more to it than most people think. I even read something about "every shop in SA is way too expensive".
I can do ghost flames too, but like I was saying, any panel that has any flames on it needs to be completely cleared. Stripes would be cheaper if you didnt have them on the bumpers.
