looking for four eyed fox parts

Well I just got my hands on a 79 hatch. It funs and I plan to use it as a daily driver. it needs alittle clean up though. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new bumper cover. I want to keep the four eyed fax look but if I can maybe put on like a 85 face. I dont like the cheese grater grille it has now and it is also alittle worn out and weathered. thanks for any help I can get.

Ok I think I might have found it. there are two different ones I seen going around. the ones that keep the four head lights and then has the odd slant side markers . then there are the the ones that keep the same shape bumper but then put on the new fox head lights. I cant say i am a fan of that one. I want to keep that four eyed look.

check around foureyedpride.com - Home. theres a bunch of people who are passionate about the 4-eye stangs and are always willing to help out. might scrounge around the classifieds there. they arent too keen on nose swaps though but will probably be less harsh about a 79 to 85 swap than say throwing an aero-nose on it.

ps. im not positive, but i'm pretty sure the hoods on the early 4-eyes are a little different than the later ones.....i think 79-82 had a flatter hood than the 83-86. dont know if that makes a difference when it comes to that cowl hood though.

thats cool bro. yeah its all good I want to keep my four eyed. I like that look and its a face you dont see evry day. but like I said my face is messed up freom weather and all. it looks like hell. That and I am not too much a fan of the funky grill on the 79's either. thanks though i will have to look into it.
