i'll give dan a call later on tonight to make sure.
Man I will be pissed if this doesnt happen. Lets wait til we make a rash decision. The rain is supposed to let up tonight or tomorow morning and that gives 3 to 4 solid nice days to dry up which we all know doesnt take to long.

Well guys and gals I am going to have to cancel the camp-a-thon due to obvious reasons. Right now the river is almost into the fields behind my place and the bottom is completely under water. Here is a link so you can fathom some sort of idea of how much water is actually down there now. It will take a good 5-6 days for all of the water to receed and another good 2-3 weeks for it to dry up.

I am terribly sorry about this and we will reschedule this event in the near future. This weather is really getting on my nerves as well as many of you I am sure of. A couple of us LSS'ers and I will be descussing a set of dates to work with to see when we can do this again. It will be as soon as possible I promise. A thread will be started when we decide. Let's get past this monsoon and see what the weather is going to look like afterwards.

Dan

completely understandable Dan. I know all of us were looking forward to it... but unfortunately Mother Nature won this battle, and there's not much we can do about it but reschedule.

As for alternate plans.. i'd be down for poker. :mick:
