This event has been cancelled due to the recent weather, and will be rescheduled. Check page 4 of this thread for alternate plans for this weekend.

Ok ok, maybe it isn't a camp-a-thon (being it's only one night), BUT it's a start!

When: Saturday, November 27th
Where: Dan and Kathy's (20 mins from Randolph AFB...acres and acres of their land...PM for directions)
Time: High Noon - Sun morning
For: Friends, family and fellow LSSers -- We will have small events planned...fishing, horse shoes, bon fire, games, ancient tirbal rituals

Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, pillows, blankets, etc....some of us have some extra camping gear we can bring along.

If you want to come, but don't have any camping gear, JUST LET US KNOW! We will make it happen.

List of what we need: People need to bring enough for a guesstimated amount of people who will attend, we will come up with an exact amount after we get a feel for how many folks will attend.

We had an absolute blast at the last camp-out (6 Nov) and I am sure this will be no different. This will be a great time and we really hope to see some new faces!!

I am a fer sure. I will bring Marshmallows and chocolate and graham crackers for smores. My kids love the marshmallows. I will also have TP and soap and water for the sorta porta pottie. I will have hoss make a private screen for it so I won't have to look at SOMEONES hiney...lol

Also if you have any particular outdoor activities that you like such as horseshoes, washers, frisbee, football, or whatever bring it out. We have enough room to play some LSS flag football if we have enough peeps. Dont forget to bring some fishing equipment that way if the river banks are dry enough we can catch some fish.

i'd be down for some flag football, and damn i havnt been fishing in a LONG ass time. i may bring my dad out too if he isnt working.
