i'll more than likely be there. the only reason why i wouldn't is if i am in nevada visiting the girlfriend. i'm 99% in though.

about the trucks... are y'all meaning to carpool to SA, or so we can move people up the river with it. it is looking like at least a dozen if not two dozen will show for this. that'd be a good amount of mustangs for pictures!

who wants to jump off the high bridge? unless it's low water, it's safe, i've done it before, and sober too! its about 3 buses stacked end on end high though, who's up for it?

As for the jumpin' off the bridge...10 years ago you wouldn't be able to convince me why I shouldn't jump!

Curious though...how high up is the bridge??

There is a HUGE (super wal-mart) parking lot less than a 1/4 mile from my house. Can stage good pics there.

Also, let me do some scouting, but there are some good places around Canyon lake as well.

Ok... its official.. I"M IN!! The dates that i was going to leave got pushed back to the 12th!! YAY.. and my sister might come as well, cuz she loves tubing!

i'm not sure which section of river it was, but we did the 5 or 6 hour one. a school bus went over the bridge and i measured it mentally to be about three school buses tall. two guys jumped off while i was still floating so that's how i knew the water was deep enough. sometimes there is low water there and there is one train bridge that is way too shallow to jump from no matter what. your wife can beat me up if i get you hurt... i'll even go first. :woot:

I am with Mick on this one. Back in the day you coukdnt talk me out of it, but now a little older and .....well...260lbs falls pretty fast and I feel it would be a painful impact so no jumping from anything higher than the tube for me
