LX Tail Lights Swap

Getting ready to swap out my GT lights for some LX one's. Are the bulbs going to stay the same or do I have to change them?

should be just a simple swap for a 87-93 gt. I have found that i had to change the whole housing and modify mounting location/ bulb placement on the car to get them to work on my 84. Thats why i haven't done the swap on my car yet.

its a straight up swap; just remove the bolts that hold the lights in place and voila!!! I put 86 SVO taillights on my 91 (same as 93 cobra) or are they 85? not sure on year but its easy, you should have no problems

its easier to pull the taillight off. If you just pull the lens then u gotta reseal and if it dont seal right you're going to get water in them...IMO

Not sure if I like them better than the GT's. Maybe it's cuz I was used to them since I got the car. I'll try to get some pics.

Hey Dude,
LX tail-lights look amazing... I think they look much better on darker colors like Black or Maroon. Anyway.. it's cool bro.
