Must be a good time of year for Road Head...(course anytime is a good time).

I was trying to stop a tractor/tailer yesterday on 1604 (BTW Bounty, I beleive you met one of our finest up there recently LOL).

Anyway, I had this little car that wouldnt get out of the way so I blip the siren a few times and he starts to pull over, traffic clears and I go around him, look over and he had a terrified look on his face just as a girls head pops up out of his lap.

Just had to laugh and keep on going.

Once I got the truck stopped and he passed us, I had to give him a thumbs up.

I Love this Job!!

So is it a crime to give someone head while they are driving? Personally, I don't see the crime in this. I mean that guy doesn't have road rage. And as long as he can maintain a safe speed, what you do inside the car is your business.
