Mobil one oil change......

What do you guys recommened to change mobil one oil in the engine....6,000 miles

I sometimes dont even let my stang reach 3k before I change the oil.

same here just got 5w-30 Mobile One Synthetic in today and fixed my oil drain plug problem.. :mustngsha
