you dont need a lawyer IF you had bothered to read the "Silly" FEDERAL law i qouted you would see that by that law they must abide by a third party arbitrater before you go to court over it

and that arbitrator is not going to cost you

mike murillo himself went through this bs with his 04 diesel he parked it and it wouldnt start the dealer tried to say sorry no warranty because he had a cold air intake a cat back and a few other mods.

he fought it and won and they put a 18 thousand dollar new motor in the truck.

yes it can be a pain but they simply can not void the warranty legaly for what you claim.

they play the same game insurance companies do... deny deny deny as long as you can until the person fights it and pushes for their rights..

it simply is cheaper for them to do that then to follow the law its far cheaper to tell people who do not know their rights we wont warrantie it then hope they dont fight it ..

they save far more money doing that and then dealign with the few who fight then they would just fixing everything as they should but trust me in the end it NEVER gets passed the arbitrator unless its something black and white like tryign to warantie a motor when you got nitrous

The reason is simple if it went to court and ford was found to have vio0lated the moss magnuson act they open themselfs up to MILLIONS of dollars in punitive damages that could be awarded since they violated fedal law so they would never chance that over the cost of the repair..

yeah im 21, work and go to school full time i do not have time or patience to fight anyone especially a multi million dollar company for 25hp. It just not worth it. If you have time then be my guess.

anyways so back to modding help. I had my x pipe put on over the weekend and i think i have decided to get the inline mufflers. like the ones that were on the 99-04 stangs. any other suggestions to mods. NO TUNES please

I think you should put an knock off Shelby Cobra spoiler on your car. One that is already painted to match your car and for sale for $200.

Have you dont anything to the suspension? if not do the Ford Handling pack. Its awesome! Makes a HUGE difference!

yea im getting the chin spolier for xmas and next visual mod was gonna be the shelby spoiler. i havent done any suspension work, i didnt know it made that big of a difference. ill look into it
