Mothers PowerBall! Help!

I just bought a PB mini to polish my wheels with. I've never used one, nor have I seen one used. It only comes with one ball.

So.. do you apply polish by and, then use the PB to remove it, or apply with the PB and remove by hand?

Post up quick , I want to get this done before Biff's!

easy to use...wash the rim...put polish on the ball, polish rim, wipe off rim with clean rag... one polished rim....do same on all 4...the ball gonna turn black but u can clean it up after using it...great to have for shiny rims...takes a lil work but worth it.....makes my welds look goood.

There is a new powerball for paint. Chip Foose does the commercials for it during the weekend powerblock on Spike tv.

Thanks, Tim.

I managed to get one finished before Biff's. I applied the polish by hand with a microfiber cloth, then used the PB (low speed drill) to buff it off. Came out looking great. Took me about 30 minutes though.

I also read that after you polish them, to was them off with a water/dish soap solution, then they'll look even better. Kind of curious to see how that works.

kinda sounds like that would defeat the purpose tho dont it? i would think the hard water would make em look all nasty again

The reason they say to wash it is so it gets ALL of the polish out, but I would NEVER use dish soap on my car EVER. A cold water or Alcohol wipedown is alot better.

There isn't one. There's just a PB and PB mini...and a new one for paint, but it's about as big as the normal one.

Remeber DISHSOAP is designed to CUT grease and OIL......

You ONLY want to use it on your car to strip all the old wax off if you are looking to do that. Otherwise like the Timmah said never use dish soap on your car.....

There are far better things to use to cut grease and oil such as P21S.
