Well my fiance and I finally bought our first house, we're closing on it tommorrow morning and moving in this weekend. With the market in the shitter we figured we'd jump on it and get the F outta our apartment. Its off of Judson Rd. so I'll be right down the street from Biffs. I'm just so excited about it, no more throwing away money FTW!

Congrats! Nothing beats owning, until something gets broke.... lol

Thats a good rate as long as you got it FIXED, if not, you will need to do that as soon as you are allowed (get a fixed rate).

Its right where the bridge crosses over Lookout Rd. near Jordan Collision, the neighborhood is called Arborstone.

It came with a warranty thankfully, only a year, but it is "bumper to bumper" so to speak. The rate we got is fixed, we made sure of that, I don't wanna run the risk of it shootin up in the future.

Haha, nice. Well we really don't worry about how much noise we make as of right now, who knows, maybe some of our neighbors will be glad to see us go

haha, I would but the house is too small to have too any people over. Its a good starter home for us to stay in for 5-10 years, then move into a bigger one.

It does need a nice coat of fresh paint inside. The last people who lived here had some sort of fascination with the color yellow. The 2nd bathroom is like a spicy mustard color, then the living room and the 2nd living/dining room are both a nice sunshiney yellow color, f'in nasty.
