Moving to Dallas...
So I'm moving to Dallas at the end of June and I wanted to know if anyone is familiar with the University Park/Richmond area? I believe they're north Dallas off of 75. I'm not sure about that.
I need to know of some good areas to look into renting an apartment. Anyone know these areas at all? Any help would be good. Thanks. |

Im in dallas and renting now if you have the BIG MONEY you would live in University Park. i can try and help you out, the big things are how old are you? (do you like a place where you can walk to a bar and walk home) and what do you want to pay for rent?
I live in north Irving (Valley Ranch) lots of apartment i like it because it is right in the middle of dallas and Fort Worth. Last edited by HARVEL 5.0; 01-24-2006 at 03:38 PM. |

I want to live near University Park just because it's near my school. I don't want to live further than 20-30 minutes away. Over at DFWstangs they told me The Village might be a good place to look. So I did, but most of those places seemed older.
I'm 25, looking for places that are fairly new, and too be honest I don't care about bars, entertainment, etc ... I'm just looking for a nice area to live in. As far as rent goes $800-$1000 (2bdrm) price range is what I'm looking at. Any help would be great. Any area between University Park & Richardson on 75 or near Hwy 75 would work. |
