MUSTANG WHEELS? WHAT YEAR?

DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY PIX OF THEIR FOX BODY MUSTANGS OR SEEN ONE WITH THESE WHEELS? WHAT YEAR DID THESE COME OUT IN? A GUY IS SELLING THESE TO ME FOR 100 BUCKS ALL FOUR WITH TIRES BUT FIRST I WANT TO SEE HOW THEY LOOK. IM ABOUT TO PURCHASE A PURPLE 93 MUSTANG COUPE BUT IT HAS SOME UGLY ASSSS WHEELS AND THE FIRST THING I WANT TO DO IS CHANGE THE WHEELS . DO YAL THINK IT WILL LOOK GOOD ?

theres a guy on the forum with a blue 86 i wanna say with these wheels looks bad ass to me im not to sure what year they come off of thow

Those used to be fairly common wheels late 80's to early 90's on the stangs........

That style was never used by Ford on the mustang, they did have some that looked like that for the Lincoln VII LSC, they were five lug. Saleens from '84 to probably '90 had BBS wheels, that look like the one you have the picture of.

The goal is to get the car to run 10.0 on radials,with out a power adder and still be streetable.
My car is an '85 sonic blue coupe with 302 bored and stroked to 364, Ported Twisted Wedge heads and a BXR intake, A9M ECM with a Tweecer, C4 with trans brake, 275/60/15 M/T drag radials, no power adders.

Wow... not many people remember the Saleens having those rims... I had always like that style ever since seeing them on a Saleen!!!

BTW - Yes they would look Bad A$$ on any fox no matter the color of the car!!!

  • Canton radiator overflow reservoir
  • Fidanza or Spec Billet Steel Flywheel - (50oz 302cid 10.5" 157 tooth)
  • T56 Tranny with 5.0L Bellhousing & support brace
  • Maximum Motorsports Tubular K Member
  • Maximum Motorsports Tubular A Arms (std offset)
  • Coil over struts
