My brother has an 89 F250 with an exhaust that has NO cats on it right now. i understand that an exhaust shop will not remove cats and install an o/r pipe. BUT hes getting some lts, and will be driving over there with open headers. if the truck comes in the shop without cats, the shop can just throw on some piping and weld in the mufflers correct?

what other options does he have? no smart ass remarks please this isnt for me, lol so be nice.

lol clearly you havent been to this side of town much, you pull out money and theyll do what you want... i went right up to this shop on hildebrand and told them what i needed done, they said cool, put it on and off i went...

i had called them ahead of time and they told me over the phone to bring it in

hmm i guess ill just tell him to call around n see whos willing to do it. guess that about the only option

Don't go to Midas or some shit like that . You will need to go to a tire / exhaust shop like CD's or Flores .
