Today I found out that even if the city passes their "ordinance" it wont float...The river is a "passable water way" and is under the Coast Guard's jurisdiction. So no matter what the city does they can't enforce their ordinances...

So come on down to good 'ole NB...just wait till it stops raining

true..but they will prob nail ya when ya pull up to wherever yer getting out of the river and give ya a ticket there....
