MY STEREO STOPPED WORKING...

I was driving, heard a tiny pop that I usually hear when I turn off the car before the radio shuts off, then the radio (its aftermarket) went into its shut off mode and turned off..hasnt turned on since...and i cant drive without any tunes...any ideas???

Update:just found out on the way home that my windshield wipers dont work either...

yea fuse is a possibility... and keep in mind depending on the radio.. there's normally a fuse in the back of the head unit covered underneath the plug

yup, you'll need to remove the radio to get to the fuse (if its there).

Once its out you also need to check to make sure you have 12v power to the red and yellow wires. If not check the fuse for that circuit. If you do have power , check the radios ground ( just because). And if its still out then it took a crap and you need to get a new one.

wires touching where there not suppose to be, usually results in popping fuses. just my 2cents
