mystery leak

haven't seen it for myself, since i'm in cali till the 24th.
my mom emailed me and said i have a leak near the front passenger tire (that's where there's a puddle, apparently)
any ideas? i told her to see what color the fluid is, hopefully it's just the radiator plug.

Anyone driving the car and using the A/C?

That is the spot the condensation drains out at if it has been used...

even if it's sitting facing up the incline of a driveway? i thought it drained near the passenger's exhaust manifold.
and it's brown. i was hoping it was green. =[

Would be front drivers side.

For the radiator it would have to be close to the front bumper.

That would make sense if someone was driving it and the brakes were grinding to the point that something could get damaged.

it's power steering fluid coming from the boot on that side. it's a negligible leak, for now. I haven't seen any puddles where I park overnight, but if i get under there the boot is moist and there's usually a drop lingering there. I've been watching the fluid tank though.
