the 2v motor's bottom end is usually good until around 400 rwhp. keep it under that to keep it safe. that being said, get there any way you want to, just keep a good tune and good gas in your car.
just add a high pressure fuel pump to blu89's list.

A pretty good rule of thumb is to calculate the percent hp gain from nitrous...For example, on a 260 hp engine, a 100 shot is giving a 26% gain, which is pretty safe. A 150 shot is a 57% gain...it's not really an exact science, but it's pretty smart to have your hp gain from nitrous less than 40% or so...

Dyno
Make sure to have it tuned on a dyno and be conservative on the tune (rich). Buy a MSD digital window switch if it is a standard & let me know if you have trouble installing it. Get colder plugs and run race fuel!!! Hit it and hang on!

Thanks for all the feedback. Here's the major problem I have. SCT hasn't made my calibration code available yet so I can't do a tune. Would I be able to do it by "raising" the fuel pressure with a adjustable regulator. I allready have a 155 lph fuel pump? I'd really like to do a 125 shot (at least 100) due to how poorly these heads flow. Any suggestions?

get some good gas and then put it on a dyno to make sure your a/f is in check. You should be able to get a decent tune just by adjusting fuel pressure. You'll have to watch your timing with a 125 shot, either race gas or find some way to retard the ignition timing. (timing adjuster?)
