need a cheap welder/or welds themself

I need some help or a reference to a good eggsauced shop anywhere from San antonio to Austin to Houston. I need some exhaust work on a regular MAC o/r x pipe so that it will fit on my car.

I'll need new flanges on the collector end and i'll also need the tubes to be bent a few more degrees inward to accomodate for my slightly narrower engine.

Suggestions, comments?
