NEED CAMSHAFT LOCKDOWN TOOL ASAP!!!!!!
My little brother is putting his 4.6 on his 1997 F-150 back together and we are at a stopping point because we need the camshaft lockdown tool. I have called all over town and have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help, I will leave a deposit, collateral, or anything to borrow one. Here is mobile 210-912-7659...

you dont NEED the tool at all ive assembled probly 30 4.6 with no tools just set the motor in the corect posision wich is with the keywway to the cran pointing straight up
then turn the cam sproket so the cam is with the chain alignment tab straight up from the heads valve cdover bolt surface bolt the heads on then take the chains lay them out straight and the two oposite end links mark with a paint pen you wil understand what i mnean when you lay them out there will be one link on each end thats 90 degrees from the rest thats the one you mark. now install the guides and the chain so that the wite marks are lined up with the dot on the crank sproket and the timing mark on the upper pulley. install the tentioning guide and then put the tensioner in with one bolt losely holding it so the guide is slack and not pushing against the chain. use a wrench on the cam and rotate it enough to get enough slack to rotate the tention into place on the guide and finger tight install the other tentioner bolt. release your tention you were holding on the cam with the wrench.. Now double check to make sure both the white marks are still aligned with the cam sproket timing mark and the crank dot. if they are tighten the tentioner down all the way and proceed to the other side. IF they are not tention the cam again to get slack remove the chain tentioner again and then walk the chain however many links you need to be aligned when the tentioner is in place and then reinstall tentioner and the tentioning guide then go to the other side.
