The cross memeber under the engine should be riveted in, very likely was nerver available from Ford by it's self, only as a complete frame. It may be difficult to get one from a junk yard also, they will not want to remove that cross memeber from a good frame, if you can find a 4X4 frame in a junk yard that has serious damage to the rear part of the frame, the junk yard that has it would possibly cut the cross member out for you, but you would have to get the rivets out your self. If they did have one with a damaged rear frame they sell you the crossmember if the engine were out of the truck. Getting most junk yards to pull an engine to get to a part like that is not worth the trouble to them. Basicaly you might spend a little time looking for one, but your best bet would be to have the cross member in your truck welded.
The current combo is an '85 coupe with 302 bored and stroked to 364, Ported Twisted Wedge heads and a BXR intake, A9M ECM with a Moates chip, Doug Nash 5 spd, 4.56 gears, Hoosier 275/60/15 drag radials.
Daily driver '89 GT 302 stock block, crank, rods and pistons, ported GT-40P heads with stock valves, Ported Explorer intake, B302 cam, Z spec T5, 3.73 gears, Moates chip and no traction. Made 325 whp and 325 wtq.

Fathom the odd hypocrisy that Obama wants every citizen to prove they are insured, but people don't have to prove they are citizens.

If you voted for Obama in 2008 to prove you weren’t a racist, you’d better vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you’re not an idiot.

As said above, more than likely its part of the frame.
