Talking Need help w/ 98 Mustang GT

hey guys my buddy is considering the purchase of a 98 GT the only thing is he doesn't know if the 98's were prone to certain failures during that production time. Is there anything specific he should look for when he goes to look at the car again? Plus I'd be appreciative if there's any other tips you want to pass on.

Has it been head swapped to pi heads? Also, check the intake manifold around the thermostat area, its prone to cracking and leaking. Bring a magnet along to check for bondo. Bondo + magnet = no sticky.
