need a co-buyer/signer. If you are a first time buyer and have no credit. Or able to give a big down payment then they might except it.

I run a small Finance Company and typically for first time buyers....you will need either one of two things...

1. Good downpayment

or

2. Strong Cosigner/ Would be best if it was a parent or even a
relative that you reside with.

Remember you want to establish your credit and build your Credit Report up...slowly.

I had to get a cosigner for my first loan, but after that no more problems.

Yeah your gonna need a cosigner, or a big down payment. The fact that your job is only part time is gonna be a problem. My sister couldnt get a loan because she didnt have a full time job, just 2 part timers.
