I'm going to buy a wrecked cobra tomorrow, says it has 66,xxx. miles on it. it wrecked in the front right hand corner. Guy wants 3800 for the whole thing. its from an insurance auction in SA. Maybe someone knows the car before it was crashed, its a 96 mystic cobra and had wicked mystic painted on the strut tower brace. Anyone have any info on this car? What do you think about the deal?

I saw that cobra on craigslist. It doesn't look like a hard project to get going. I cant help you with the history on it. If your getting it for you, then I dont think its that bad of a deal....If you are getting it to fix and resale, its a little high. If I remember right, he said the engine was not hurt...I'd make sure nothing came into contact with the engine. If its is just the front right, it should be able to be repaired and made into a nice ride.

i saw the same car. is the title clean on the mystic. i would say get it if the title is clean. its a mystic thats enough

well I got it. I plan to pull the motor and drop it in my 93 4cly coupe, and part out the rest of the car. So I will be having some parts for sale soon. Not sure what exactly I need to make my swap happen, but if anyone needs a specific part just send me a pm.
