need rolling chasis 96-98 gt

looking for a rolling chasis 96-98 gt must be five speed hardtop or convertible.have the complete car but i just wrecked the back end so i have complete motor and tranny and interior if you know of one for sale please lmk thanks alot. would like black interior but at this point i cant be to picky thanks alot in advance

will a 94-95 body work i have everything its a complete car not familar with these body styles any info would be greatly apreaciated

It will work but you will have to change out all the wiring under the dash and in the front of the car if I remember correctly .

yep it will work but then again you have to consider the Passive anti theft system programmed into the pcm modules of the 96-98 gt....so you have to switch ignition stuff to so it can recognize the keys. If you are going to be rerouting everything why not just get a v6 body...your pulling out all the wiring and complete dash and steering wheel anyway. In order for this to work everything has to be transferred....steering wheel everything. Hell you could even put this stuff in a foxbody mustang. You just have to know how to route the wiring and do a little pinning out. Not to hard...just time consuming.

how hard will it be to change a v-6 over to a gt.how much you think it would cost ballpark figure. thanks

If you are going to pay someone , I'd pass on the project . Those kind of jobs you have to do yourself .

I have a 97 GT Vert, white with grey interior. I have the motor pulled right now and have been considering selling it. Just don't have the time to put into it. I have it at my friend's house and she is considering moving so....
