Mick,
During my wife's drama with Red McComb's Dodge he mentioned the district manager was supposed to be in town tomorrow. Not that I believe everything our local jackass service manager says, but if he is in town and you can track him down, it just might be worth the effort. my $.02. Barrett. PS. If I get an opportunity I'm going to ambush him with the wife's minivan. If you drop me your extension at work I'll let you know if I find him ![]() Last edited by SATX_Mystic; 02-15-2005 at 07:06 PM. |

After reading of this problem, I say to you......MAKE THEM FIX IT. You payed this dealer an assload of your hard earned money. You should end up completely satisfied with your vehicle. THEY OWE YOU THAT in exchange for your business.

Here is a pic, you will see the white paper...it is like that around the entire wheel...all 4 wheels...just all 4 not as bad as this one.
I spoke with Mike the service manager this morning and all will be fixed, including the crap on the wheels :jeff: He was a cool guy. I guess I wasn't out of line by asking them to take care of the stuff on the wheels. |

damn mick, quit being so picky!! lol jk!!
i honestly think you should take them back and get new rims, without a doubt!! you spent a lot of money with them on the car/wheels, so they should value you as a customer and take responsibility for their mistake. good luck! |
