i'm in college station and my stang is acting up. i thought i had found the loose ground but apparently not.

symptoms:

won't start
all electrical displays except gauges flicker and/or black out randomly
occurs in periods of 2-10 seconds
happens a couple times a month but now its just dead

what i've done:

jump battery
ran for 10 min
turned off
started it (successfully)
put in gear, gave gas and it immediately died
(repeated failure)

i'll pay $$$ if you can fix it and don't feel like just helping.
