The only shop in the Corpus area that ever did performance work that I know of was Roger's Machine, but I don't think he is still open. Mission is a very good machine shop and most of the guys from Corpus go to Mission. Thier phone numbe is 1-210-921-2803 ask for Danny. Also if you are talking about knife edging a stock 5.0 crank I can tell you now that you will get told it is not worth spending the money on a stock crank. If you have a forged steel crank, knife edging and lightening the counter weights will help your power.

The goal is to get the car to run 10.0 on radials,with out a power adder and still be streetable. My car is an '85 sonic blue coupe with 302 bored and stroked to 364, Ported Twisted Wedge heads and a BXR intake, A9M ECM with a Tweecer, C4 with trans brake, 275/60/15 M/T drag radials, no power adders. |
