new meeting spot

is anybody up for claiming the new hooters (next to the harley dealer) as a new meeting place?
I think it is ideal for a sunday afternoon spot and we could be some of the first to claim the land.

I want to hit it up the first day it opens.
I heard a rumor that it was supposed to before the end of the year, but that is wishful thinking.
