New profile layout

Well I figured it was time to do away with that boring profile layout and change it up a bit....

check mine out for example...

I now have it set so that every member can upload a "profile pic", and the maximum dimensions have been increased to 400x400

I am still working on a few things, but what do you guys think so far?
