A common swap that works well.A buddy has a drag RX7/SBF
    that goes high 7s / low 8s.

I like swaps like this, A few years ago I was talking to a guy here that works on import classics-BMWs, Fiats, Triumph, etc. I stopped in one day to ask him if he knew where I might find a TR-6 and a little info on the car as I knew nothing about them. He was very helpful, told me things to look for, explained how simple the cars were, finally he asked what my plans were for the car. When I told him that I wanted to put an American V-8 / 5-speed / Ford 9" / big brakes in it, it was like flipping a switch, he actually got angry "you would just RUIN the car"; sadly I didn't help by saying "yea, so?". I left, you know he won't even wave at me now when I pass his business.

Sorry to get off topic, be sure to post up some pics!

oh man, not taken like that, I love the LS series motors, they are bad ass, it is just the packages they are wrapped in suck, except the vette. i would build a damn LS Mustang if I got the right price on an LS/T56.

Back in the early 80's i was working at an auto shop we did a V* swap (chev 350) in to a Triumph STAG. Which was Triumphs 2dr 4 passenger car at the time. Was a lot of fun and it ran WAAAAAAAAY better then it did with the stock Triumph V8 it had.

Here is what they look like if anyone gives a rats ass......

Fathom the odd hypocrisy that Obama wants every citizen to prove they are insured, but people don't have to prove they are citizens.

If you voted for Obama in 2008 to prove you weren’t a racist, you’d better vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you’re not an idiot.

The Navy SEALS removed one Muslim threat to America ...
It's up to the voters to remove the other!
