New stuff

Today, I ordered the C&L Air Intake with the SCT xcal 2 and a set of Pypes Violaters polished stainless mufflers for my 07 GT. Does any one have the same set up out there? Brent at Brenspeed said he cant keep the C&L set up in stock for any time before there all gone which is the case now. He will send the mufflers now, and most likley wont have any new intakes till first of next week. He told me that it will have an 87 octane tune, a 91 octane, and 93 octane tune that I can choose from.

He also says that there will be a night and day difference in the car afterwards performance wise, and from idle to redline.. A pretty bold statement. Is this true?

Cool!!! It must be a good feeling to do so many things at once...instead of piece by piece!!! You'll have to post some pics once you get everything on!

Howdy New Braunfels

Hey just saw your post. Thanks very much for the kind words. Your right about it feeling cool to do a few things. But I just put it on a credit card that I really should not have used cause of high interest. What would be cool is to actually have real money to buy stuff and have it paid for and done with. I heard a lot of good stuff about the set up, and you can put it all back to stock again in just 15 or 20 minutes.

I still have whats left of the paper plate on my 07 GT, you cant read anything on it now, too many car washes and now rain. I'll let you know how it went. Gary
