no clutch

Allright I pulled the t5 out of my old car that my step brother bought from me cause the 1-2 shift was scratching. I put it back in today but now I have no clutch. everything bolted right up and is right other than i have no resistance on the clutch fork. Its on the pivot point in the right spot but its not hitting the clutch assy. at all. I'm at a major loss. I'm about ready to take trailer it to work.

Did you put the the T/O bearing on the fork??
DId the input shaft go thru the T/O or did you miss it?
Is the cable hooked to the fork?
Is it connected on the quadrant also?
