NPI heads w/ PI Intake
Okay a guy on another mustang site has a 98 GT and he said that he kept his stock heads(Non PI) and put a PI Intake on it with PI cams. He said use a PI intake gasket and it will match up closer than you think. Im not too sure about this idea. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this or if it will just totally not work. Supposidly he has this done to his car. Now he runs low 9s in the 1/8 so any info on this guys??
Thanks, Brandon

Lots of people do this, I would (did) personally save up and just get heads with it too. Up to you though, a good place to search for threads about PI swaps is www.modualrdepot.com Be sure to search and not just start another post.

you can upgrade to pi cams and pi intake now.
I would port match the stock heas to the intake if you were going to run stock heads.
