NTB in Round Rock
I went last night for some front tires (BF Goodrich G-force KDW). When I got home, I noticed the words ' This side mounted in" on the outside sidewall. So, this morning I drive back to NTB (61 miles each way) to get them changed around.
Once they finished, me and my wife went to lunch in Cedar Park and I lokked at the wheels and tires and what did I see... A big chip in the chrome and a 4 inch scratch in my RF chrome Cobra R wheel. I went back and they said they will call me on Mon. morning to discuss my options. I advised them the only option was for them to buy me a new wheel or refund the money I paid for my new tires and I would buy a new wheel myself. We shall see what happens. Anyway, they suck and I will never go there again:gil: :gil:     :pissed:

that sucks, some places just aren't careful with people's cars. i went to alamo body and paint to get my lock fixed after my truck was broken into, and somehow they managed to splatter white paint on the side of my truck. we brought it back, to get that fixed, and when i got it back a few days later, there was still some white paint there:gil:
btw, dont let them get away with messing up you wheel. make them replace that thing  |

It is one thing if people make mistakes.I have messed things up at work before but I NEVER try to cover anything up or just let the vehicle leave screwed up.:jeff:

which one? the ntb near hastings anf GQ pool hall? i have gone there several times and several of the workers are on AAS. of course the work i had done was springs and tires installed. i have had no problems.

Sorry to hear that man. That's blows big time. Many people do not have respect for other's property anymore. I go to a little hole in the wall tire shop in my town. The guy that changes my tires is extra careful with my bulletts.:jeff: Let us know what becomes of your situation. Definately make them buy you a new wheel or refun your money.

Just spoke with the manager at NTB. They are ordering me a new wheel. We will see, I won't be happy until it's on my car.

Well, NTB came through and put on a brand new Cobra R wheel. I guess I am over being pissed off, since they backed up what they said. Props to Brandon.

im glad they have made it right... i know a lot of the guys that work there.. ive been going there for like 6yrs. as mentioned before one of the members of AAS works there... and is the only place my car gets alignments and tires mounted... i will actually be having my new set of tires mounted at a different NTB store, the first other place my car has been to, just because one of the guys i go to switched stores. Ive never had any problems, hopefully it was just a newbie accident.
