fyi. here are some laws that now have larger fines:
-no beer bongs on the comal (or guadalupe)
-fine for playing music at night
-fine for playing music during the day that can be heard over 50 feet away

I think they outlawed jello shots also. I know I heard them talking about it.

I'm planning on attending. My brother-in-law (the new dad) is coming into town that weekend. The rest of my family will most likely be going too.

I'm not going to this, just went two days ago and the damn "river" was only like a foot deep, rocks everywhere. We should do this when there has been much more rain.

The river was at flood stage after the rains on the Fourth......I think it should be ok by then.
