About six weeks from now, we'll be putting my house up for sale....

We'll list it for $99,999.99 or some such chit.

PM me if you know anyone who will be looking for new digs.

Teensy little house, kewl back yard with an inground pool. Cul-de-sac, so the front yard is small (pie shaped yard 1/3 acre).

Has a new roof (Hail Storm), GREAT windows (new), and the elect averages out to $150 per month.

We are working on the siding and paint now. We have the garage doors to replace yet, too.

3BR, 2BA, HUGE Kitchen is 26x14 (has a fireplace in it), 2-bay garage. GREAT Neighbors!!! 1200 sq ft. Drop down stairs to attic in the garage.

Nice for someone who has no kids yet, or whose kids are still small... the bedrooms are not big. MBR is something like 14x12, but the kids' rooms are 14x10 and 10x9 or some such thing. One is pretty much an oversized closet ...

Um ... sort of ....

Every Friday when we go to Biff's we end up taking one from his house and it ends up over at my house for a month!

We've a couple extras, and they are either small (very) or the regular ol' family-on-a-picnic size.

You need one?

I drink bottles, but it would hold a 12-pack or two plus ice, of my Shiner.

Table Pictures (finally!!!!!!!!!!!)

Sorry for the delay ... the table is BIG. (This is Traci, not Don. He left himself logged on!! I shoudl have fun with this, no?)

The wood is inlaid at different angles, so it catches the light really prettily .... (is that a word? very kewl-ly?) Pardon Tinker and Bevo who had to ham it up for the camera!

It is a bit darker that light oak, but not as dark as cherry or walnut ... It has the heavy felt pad (1" thick) that protects it. Including the leaves; they have pads, too.

WITHOUT the leaves in it (there are two), it is almost 8' long ... with the leaves, it is probably 10' long. Six chairs. Two have arms, four do not. The side chair that is pulled out is Tink's so it has the only damage from her jeans' buttons on it. Some dark oil will cover the rubs.

Sorry for the delay on the pictures. I thought I had company, but they finked out on me, so I had a little time to spare to take pictures ....

I paid $1,000+ for it. Any offer over $500 takes it. That is the price as of 15May2008. PM if you are interested. Serious inquiries only. I am posting it on Craig's list, too, and in the newspaper next.

Tools?

Did ya'll ever sell the air tools? If not I'll take 'em. I've got no cred here with only a couple of posts, but I'm good for it. I'll stake my employ @ the FD on it!
I could meet you with cash @ Biff's this Friday or wherever else this weekend.

Didn't make it to Biff's until a bit past 8. Saw a mass exodus... Any way I can meet up and buy the tools?

BTW, what air tools did you come up with?
