If i'm going to drive that far I whether it be at a house personally. It didn't take this thread long to be exclusively north oriented either. I'll try to make whatever is decided.

Yea, well a north location will be considered for a future location as well as a south, east and west. We'll try to make it a house gtg but when that's not possible we'll see what everyone can agree on and go from there. :jeff:

A local get together sounds good to me too, would like to meet some of the other member in the area, I also would be willing to host one day down the line.

Well I didnt quite get your first sentence but like I said earlier in this thread this is just to gain info and ideas on our future G2G's. Our next G2G will be next weekend at Stangchick's House. This is in the North part of town but it doesnt mean that all our meet will be on the North side of town. If anyone knows of a good place to hold a meet in their side of town make the suggestion to see what we can do in that area.

The next LSS G2G is slated for next weekend.
It will be in Northeast Houston. (59N and BW8)

Looks like it's time to give out the physical address so people can Mapquest it....I'm sure you'll throw up a new thread for it Rene, but it seems like now is the time....Bunch of peeps interested already, and spreading the word on the time, activities planned, food needed, etc. would be a good idea as much in advance as possible.....Looking forward to seeing what's gonna take place!

I just meant that if the meet was going to be all the way across town I would prefer for it to be held at someones house versus a stuffy bar or something. It is easier to meet and hang out at a relaxing house. It is no biggie though, just a suggestion. sounds like there will be a good turn out for this one coming up.

you still in houston right now man?

i may be able to make it out. especially with it being on the northside of town, since ill be coming in from CS... that is, if i can make it.
