p0133 code keeps coming back

I know i posted this recently but i got P0133 code like 2 weeks ago and have taken it to a shop where they have "fixed an exhaust leak", "tweaked my tune", "adjusted my tb", and one or two other things. I have taken it 4 or 5 times and its never fixed. I have a lack of power until about 2500-3000 rpms, I dont know if its related or not. Also my car seems to running real rich atleast from what I have been told, exhaust smelling like pure gasoline =rich? any ideas what it could be or needs to be done? The code is a slow response oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 but i dont know whats causing it and apparently neither does this shop.

that code is related to how long it takes the o2 sensor to heat up enough to do its job properly. to fix mine, the o2 heater wire had to be turned up to 100% duty cycle and the transport time was maxed out also. this usually happens after installing long tubes, right?

anyway, i got a tune from AM that works well without this code returning. also, as you know since i've seen you over on s197forum...there's a lot of good tech information over there. that's probably the best place for your questions.
