Paint
Hey everybody. I'm new to the site. I've been to a couple of small outings with some of you. I was introduced by Jason Kendlhardt. I have a 98 SVT Cobra. I noticed a large 6 in by 1 in chip in my paint on the rear passenger side quarter panel yesterday. It has rough edges and I'm afraid it will spread fast. Can anyone give me the name of a good paint/body shop that can fix this quickly for me at a reasonable price?

Hey Eric, did I mention I was walking by your car the other day with a block of wood, then I slipped and put that gouge in your car?
Just kidding, that really sucks. I'll go check it out this afternoon. I don't know what would make paint flake off, unless you got a chip through to the metal and now the body underneath is rusting or something. If you want we can take her to the Saucer and let Chuck and Gregg eye-ball it, they are both way more knowledgable about that stuff than I am. Worse thing comes, I think it runs about 2 grand to repaint the entire car.BTW, ABOUT DAMN TIME YOU LOGGED IN HERE!!!
