The time to get the stang painted is growing near. I have a co-worker with about 15 years of experience, formerly owned his own shop and has all of his own equipment that is willing to do the job for supplies + $100.00. Problem is, I have no place to get the work done. He said if I can find a place to rent a booth, thats all he needs. So does anyone know of a place here in San Antonio or near surrounding areas? I am going to take a few long shots and call some local shops like Jacks to see if they would be willing to rent a booth for a day but if someone has a sure thing, I would appreciate the hook up. Thanks!

Good luck. I used the one at Kelly when it was still a base. But, since then, I haven't found anywhere else to use. If anyone does find one, let me know, too.

Yeah he was telling me that all of the bases used to have them for rental but because of some OSHA thing, they quit renting them out.

I called Jacks Paint Place today and they no longer paint entire cars, they only do collision repair but they referred me to another guy and said he does all the prep work somewhere else but then uses Jacks paint booth to spray the car. When I asked if they would rent out one of their booths to me they said they dont rent them??
