Passing of a LSS Member

As you guys know a member of LSS died on April 8, 2004. Some of you know him as lazer_red_99gt, others know him as Simeon Pina. He died of a fatal street racing accident (no flames please). I was wondering if some of you want to go to his grave and pay respects on that day April 8, 2005.

Just FYI we(mods and admin) never condoned it here before.His death made alot more people aware of it though.

I'm glad it made people more aware!!! The pain that we (Snake and I) felt during this terrible ordeal was unreal. It was all you could think about... all you felt was pain! It shouldn't have to be felt by anyone!!! Now days when I see accidents that were caused by street racing, it makes the the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and tears come to my eyes! Why wouldn't they learn?!? I guess you never do until it happens so close to home. Anyway it would be nice to see some of our LSS members who knew (or didn't know) Simeon to pay respects. I'm sure we'll be at the gravesite, as well as the Pina's house. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if anyone stopped by and maybe gave them a hug or sent their condolences!

i didnt know him, but im sorry for the loss of a friend and fellow LSS'er.

I didn't know him but my condolences go out to his family. It is a reminder of how life can be cut short and we must treasure and make the most of every moment we have. God bless, and my fellow LSSer's, stay safe.

I didn't know him and I don't know if I would want to go even if I had...I get weirded out by that kind of stuff. I know what you went through though...losing a friend can be extremely difficult to deal with....

I did not know him, but my feeligs go out to his family. My father was killed by a drunk driver, so I understand the pain and loss they are going through.

I remember this. I meet a family maybe a month after that had happned and thier son was goods friends with Simeon. They still couldnt belive that someone could be here one day and gone the next.

I know this thread has faded away but I would like to say that since it is officially April 8th, our friend Simeon passed away one year ago today in a street racing accident. It's been hard but he's in a better place. I ask that your prayers be with his family and us his friends. And if anyone would like to pay their respects pm me and I'll give you directions and what not. My thanks again!
