Pbr calipers

Well ive been hearin alot of pbr calipers draggin. And people claim to have dropped 2-3 tenths in the 1/4 mile by switchin to cobra brake calipers. Idk if this bull shit or not, but ive spun my wheels when its off the ground it doesnt seem to drag but then again i havent spun one on a cobra. Anyhow my point is, if its true i wanna switch out to different calipers, id really like the bullitt calipers instead of cobras (reason LOOKS and not tryin to clone) i know many of yall will differ, but this IMO. So have any of you guys experienced this caliper situation or heard of it?? THnax for any input.

Bullit amd MACH's use the same calipers (without the wording) and yhey are made by PBR. I have 95 cobra brakes on my 85 and the calipers look IDENTICAL to the MACH brakes. I have heard the COBRAs are BEAR but by looks Id say PBR as well.

Oh I have spun both and like most disc brakes they both have some noise (pad rub) if it would effect performance I cant say but I wouldnt call it dragging as both spin several times with a push.

600 for calipers Cody???
Damb I got my Cobra set for 1/2 that includung spindles and hoses....

my 97 calipers are PBR, brembo supplied the stock brakes but those are sitting in the garage.

Cody the Mach 1 brakes are not just pretty they are larger too which means faster stopping.

PBR is just a name for a stock caliper that Ford uses, started in 99 up, dual piston fronts, single rears.
The 94-98 had single pistons.
