yup, phil is the man to know in c.c as far as where mustang places are concerned. he will be able to give u more help than most anyone else. as far as i know though there arent any performance shops in c.c other than roy's performance, and even that isnt to big of a place. they deal mainly in 5.0 stuff too i think
