cool
Sounds familiar
me have 150K+ bottom, e-cam, some iron 40's, 19# squirters, explorer intake, crap shorty headers, t5, 3,175lb me in it, some gears and 26x8.5 slicks, 12.70@ 107 iced intake, just beefed up the valvetrain recently.
Hoping to go 12.50' before I consider a small shot of gas.

Who is this Tim Stockwell. Does he have a shop or something? Might need a good tuning.

Hey rs91gt so what are the specs on the anderson cam? I got my car to go 11.02 at 125 with only a 1.56 60'. The car ran 11.31 at 120 with 1.51 60's with the previous 306. I had ported TW heads,BXR intake, 75 mm TB, 80 mm MAF,36 lbs injectors, probe pistons, eagle sportsman rods stock crank and block. The heads intake I ported and the cam was a cam I cooked up with Com Cam lobes, but they turned out to be too agressive, I had major valve float after 6000 rpm. I had a T5 with a stock 3.35 gear set that I built, an aluminum flywheel and a Ram long style clutch and 4.10 gears. I only took the car out twice with the last combo. I did get a 1.49 60' the second time I took the car out, but only ran the car out to the 330' mark on that pass. The car should have gone at least some 10.90s,but I pulled the engine before I broke something and sold the short block. I then built the combo I have today. Your comb sounds pretty good. With a good tune and everything working correctly it should go low 11s.

The car is still street driven, with a best of 10.21 at 131 mph with a 1.51 60' spinning lightly. With this combo it made a best of 460 hp and 410 lbs of torque at the wheels.

sonic blue85.... I had my friend finish putting my shortblock together for me becaue he has a engine shop and was slow and needed some money... Go figure he lost my spec card on my cam........ I'm not happy about it because Rick Anderson is a D*** about giving any info even though I bought it from him...... I am sorry I don't have them right now to give you... as soon as I find the card I will get the numbers to you.... I do have 3 friends that run this cam and they all love it!!!!!

I have delt with Rick before and I have long ago concluded he is a prick. I have not bought any cams from him because he will not give out any specs. He claims his cams are so great because of the ramps on the lobes. If that is the case he should not have any reason for not giving out the specs. I have a friend that does not like him at all. I would like to see the specs. I have switched to a solid roller, but I would be able to get a good idea what to expect from that cam. I will be waiting on some numbers when you get the car running.
