cars intake, fuel lines have been removed, pi setup is here and lookin good, cams on their way, longtubes gonna be installed, need a tuner and misc parts to complete, will have pics up soon

time is the enemy right now though, finding that to work on the car is the problem, my stepdad will be summoned to help us out, gonna lift the motor out of the car

Consider having Tracy/Tim at MaxV do your tune ... I really like how they adjusted My Baby. They picked up my tuner for me, all I had to do is show up and discuss what "end result" I was lookin' for ...

Ray,
While you have it apart Id change the one coolant hose in the valley under the intake. Also Id replace all the injector Orings (available at any parts store) they are only a few bucks and well worth the insurance.

I have found it easier and usually in the long run cheaper to replace any little "oh that will be OK" parts during the build rather than after........

If I had taken my own advice the FACH wouldn't be on jack stands for the last two weeks.....

still gotta buy a cam degree tool, but me and MrMach are gonna give it a shot with advice from his buddy and my stepdad will roll by to help out, lst pic is with the stock heads on but non pi intake removed

Iv got over 10 grand spent on my car. lol.. granted iv made money back from selling stuff but.. its a serious addiction! My car is 100% done with mods except for an IRS and a Magnum T56 when my T45 takes a poop. I cant wait untill that day! Ill get great GM and the car will be a joy to drive. My autocrossing days are over in this car, no more beating on it. Im going to wait until I have enough money to buy another fox.. those are my first love.

yeah I miss my fox and wanna get another one, but need a truck and really want a Nissan Titan, but probably put that on hold also and go either go Vortech supercharger or a Griggs GR40 or Maximum Motorsports suspension setup

If you can swing it, the Griggs GR40 setup is top notch... BUT unless your doing autocross every month or driving to TMS or tracking your car in san marcus on the road course.. its overkill.

for yourcar I would just do full length sub frames, a good set of shocks/struts, and a good set of springs. It will handle great.

yeah 5 k will take awhile to amass, just throw a few things at a time, I like maximum motorsports suspension pieces

Yea MM makes some great stuff. I was SO close to getting a TA/PHB about a year ago but I decided to save my money. my car would have been a freakin gokart.

Meh your car is basically the same thing as a new edge in tems of the parts used in the suspension. The 4 link design is just plain terrible is the problem. For could have done a way better job, but if they did mustangs wouldnt be so cheap. If your going for handling and your going to compete, either getting an IRS or going to a 3 link setup is the only way to go. But for the street, all you need is about a grand worth of parts and it is more than enough to hang with most things.
