Hey guys I need to know how to convince the wifey that we need one! Ha! I told her instead of just spending $150 on a blu ray to just double that and we get a game system too! Any other ideas? Maybe I can tell her it'll keep me home more. Less money we will spend doing stuff. Any way to convince her that she may enjoy it? Help me!

yeah it holds it very well, until you buy it and take it away from the store. systems lose about 30% of their value when you buy them. oh and if another system or a newer model of the same system comes out it gets killed. you dont buy gaming systems to hold value. same as new cars.

Get one cuz "everyone else" has one.. or, all of the "cool kids" have one.
It is a bd player, much faster at loading the bd's than a stand alone player
It plays games, some based on the net that she may even be interested in.
It streams movies from Netflix as mentioned, in HD, so she doesnt have to go to blockbuster and wonder if the movie is already checked out
It has a HDD so you guys can store photos, videos and music on it besides games saves, so you can use it to be a stand alone media center through your tv, doesnt always have to be turned on to watch a movie or play a game, can just look at family photos or listen to music during a party

you can chat with friends online through it
with the new firmware later this summer, it will playback 3d movies
