$60.00 per car (dyno time), no other cost(though feeding the staff would be good). Yes, our shop is fully equipped with everything state of the art, including pulley pullers/installers. Has to be a saturday, from 9am, and on this test, it has to be mustangs only.

Now you really peaked my interest.
I have a stock 04 Mustang GT w/ auto. I don't really count the catback and K&N as "mods". Well, I also have a DiabloSport Predator but I can always flash the stock program back on. If I had a set of pullies, $60 and a free Saturday, I could end up with the pullies on my car, plus a before and after dyno sheet?

That's pretty much the deal. We also sell the ASP pullies(for good reason). Yeas, it's a smoking deal, and you guys get to meet me, learn about CCS, and all of that hoohah. From what I've seen on other events we have hosted, you guys meet each other, too. It's always good to put faces on the folks you meet here(helps you know where they are coming from).

You know the deal. Actually, each car will end up with 2-4 dyno runs, a 0-60 (or whatever test I deem most feasable), and 1/4 mile results (on autos). The auto cars show low, and warrant 0-60, and 1/4 testing, to see accurate acceleration accounts. Looks like a SA deal (???), so one of youse guys feel free to set it up. Doh, lunch is over! Anybody see my keys to the dyno?

Ok. I'm in. Maybe you should start a new thread to see who else is willing to take part in the Ultimate Pulley Competition.
PS: Why ASP over March? I read about March's fluid dampener and thought it was pretty neat. Other than that, the only thing different between the brands are the actual sizes of the pullies and the outer finish, right?

I build motors, too, and the fluidamper thing is somewhat of a gimmick. Long term testing, like usual, proves that you can't reinvent the wheel. That make any sense, whatsoever? Let me know. New thread up. Gotta go. Be back late this eve.

no its not..... advancing your ignition timing is a proven mod for any car, it just happens that on 4.6's you have to buy a part to do it, but the gains are still there. and i have dynos to prove that one... |

Changing global ignition timing is a limited way of adding power, but your gains are only half that of proper, 3-dimensional tuning, at best, and mileage can suffer, in some cases, as well. It woild be easy for me to say they are a waste of money, but they have a purpose, though limited. For an extra $50.00, I can make a program to do the same job, by flicking a switch-it's called a nitrous retard program.
