Putting a PI motor in my 96 gt?

So I have a 96 gt with a novi 1000, Im wanting to put a pi motor in it but my "?" is the supercharger I have says it will fit only 96-99 so if I get a 2000 or newer motor what do I do? is it the timing chain covers that are diffrent if so can I just swap everything from my old motor to this motor? This 4.6 stuff is new to me Im use to the foxbody stuff. Any info would be very helpful.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

You can use the timing chain cover from the 96' and bolt the supercharger back on like normal. Or you can probably order a supercharger bracket for the 00' motor.
I ain't as good as I once was, But I was good once, as I ever was
